Gate Information

Many resident of The Reser chose this community due to the security that is felt from having a gate. As a reminder, the gate is only left opened during morning and evening rush hour to cut down on the wear and tear of the gate during the high volume of traffic associated with these times. The gate remains closed at all other times. Residents should exercise caution and purdence when giving out codes. At no time shall all or part of the gate code be posed on or around the directory keypad. Violators will be fined.

Remotes for the Gate

In the event that you sell your house in the Reserves at Woodfin Ridge, please note that the Remotes for the security gate are not transferrable to the new owner. Please return your remotes to Light Property Management, and they will reprogram with the new owners information and obtain the necessary paperwork required. If the remotes are not returned, they will be deactivated. This process will make it easier for your buyer. Please call the office at 864-585-2525, and I will be glad to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have.

Front Entrance Enhancement Project

We realize the renovation at our front gate has taken a little longer than we had anticipated but the end is in sight. The completion of the electrical work and our spring mulching of the flower beds should happen in the next 7-10 days. Thank you for your patience during this extended renovation period. We have received a lot of positive remarks from the our fellow homeowners on the work that has already been done and we hope this will be something we can all enjoy.

You might be wondering if approval is required. Yes it is, but the process is painless and easy. Submit the form below to Light Property Management, along with the necessary information and documentation. Light Property Management will confirm everything needed is in the package and then submit to the committee. The process usually takes less than 30 days.
